RESPONSIBILITIES
As Senior Vice President, Global Operations and H/R, I was responsible for all of the corporation's information technology, logistics, manufacturing and fulfillment operations, business processes, internal audit, human resources, management development and succession planning. In addition, I was responsible for all post-merger integrations for Arrow's North American acquisitions and for many of our European and Asian acquisitions, a total of 62 acquisitions over a 20 year period.
